Does anyone else get bleeding / swollen gums while vaping e-cigs?

Coming from a doctor's perspective, I'd get checked for an allergic reaction. Hopefully you've stopped vaping?

have you tried nicorette? That is the only way I have successfully quit for an extended period of time. You should stop immediately if that is what the vape is doing to you, after vaping for months I started getting intense chest pains and heavier breath then when I was smoking. It's not a smoking cessation device, it's just replacing a vice with another vice. We aren't made to inhale propolyne glycol and flavor additives, do some research on the ingredients and you'll want to stop.

I did a presentation on Vaping for health class and those are common side effects, so it's probably nothing too bad, but you may want to find a new option.
