worries about friends/loyalty?

I find myself worrying about losing touch with friends, choosing one friend over another, or comparing friends; not just a normal worry though, a panic attack kind of worry.

I do that too! I think it has something to do with always wanting to please people, and never feeling completely secure about my friendships. Don't worry, true friends are always going to be around no matter what happens, and the ones who aren't, are not true friends!

I have abandonment issues. The feeling that I might lose people who are important to me is one of the biggest sources of my anxiety. I don't get anxiety over comparing friends or chosing one over the other though.
