Every day of my life.. it's difficult but you need to work through it as best as you can! I know it's hard.. and it seems the easiest thing is just to crawl into bed and hide under the covers.. and a lot of days, that is just what I do. Sometimes you just need it.
That happens to me a lot right before a major flare-up. My daily responsibilities are too much to handle. The easiest way to handle it is to break down even the simplest tasks into steps. The hardest part, for me, is to go out and talk to people, but sometimes that's what you need to do to get through it.
Yes. For me it's because if I have responsibilities then it means that I am accountable to someone, and if I am accountable to someone then it means there's a risk of me failing or disappointing that person. And that leaves me open to criticism, failure and rejection. As someone who suffers from social anxiety, that is my worst nightmare :(
