I have been feeling unreal and not with it the last couple of days anyone else feel like this?

People talking at you but you can't follow what they are saying, head feels fuzzy, feeling tired and drained no motivation.

If it is mild it can be just temporary thing but if you fell it strong you may want to go to a doctor, or therapist. I had something like this many times but real mild so i am not sure what this may be happening.
