When I'm feeling general anxiety, my breathing gets shallow and fast, the back of my head gets really tense and I get an overall sensation of feeling agitated. Like I can't get comfortable. I also get racing thoughts.
I used to get really bad social anxiety, before i managed to help myself overcome it. I used to get alot of fear, racing thoughts, my heart felt like it was going to explode, and i generally wanted to just melt into the background.
When I have panic attacks, I feel really restless. My mind races. I hyperventilate. and can't stop moving. When I have social anxiety, I fidget a lot, have racing negative thoughts, catastrophize the situation in my head, and look in every direction except the person I'm talking to.
Sometimes I can feel the vein in my neck bulging. Or my breathing starts going crazy and ill have an asthma attackk. Other times I get a almost puke type feeling. But most of the time I get an extraordinary amount of energy.
