Imaginary and then real time exposure...simply put yourself in situation you fear the most, first in your immagination then in real life. In real life take risks and do not blame yourself if you do mystakes. The second time can be better...and another advice, forget about yourself when you are in a group, listen the others and speak with the person who smiles the most. If you can´t connect with a person, it is not your fault!! Being the right person at the right time is the key, but if you don´t take risks you will never know. I have social anxiety now, but I wasn´t like this before...
