Hi again, I've always had this kind of anxiety and since i was a little girl till the end of highschool i've never participated in class and was always so panicked during class discussions frightening that the teacher might ask me something... so i know what you are going through .the change in me happened with time as i grew up and realized that i have nothing to be afraid or ashamed and if i want to ask or say something its ok. my advice to you is that you should try to accept the moment and your feelings, instead of fighting against them. You will feel much better when you do that and realise that the more you try and fight against the way you feel the worse it becomes. "Live Life and dance like nobody is watching".- that way you'll be proud of yourself dealing with this fear.. and also be kind to yourself-eventually you will get to a point where things that really bothered you become "so unimportant.

I think the only way to doing is step by step exposing your self to the situations that frighten you, every time you avoid one of this situations you are making it harder for the next time, and when you face them you realize this whole terrible reality you have imagined it is not real, slowly you can change the way you understand the world and then you will see there is no reason to be anxious, hope this helps! good luck!
