social anxiety disorder symptoms, what do they include, and how to diffrentiate between shyness and SA?

im looking for jobs for introverts? I need a job where I don’t have to deal with people, or at elats with minimal interaction with people, any suggestions

as im tryingto be more social, and I got advised to try and talk to random people? Does it work?
