You have to get some kind of help, can't you go and see your doctor, get some info from him first, I don't know where your from or how old you are but here in England, doctors arnt allowed to discuss anything with anyone else without your permission.

I agree, you need help from someone. I think you would find that those who love you would be very supportive. I know it's hard to share things like this, but it's not your fault this happened and you need support.

My husband knows about it just not my kids and do not want them to know my two oldest are boys I have seen a doctor but was only given medication for depression wich did not help was on and off them for 5 years and have never brought up what happend, no one knows about my nightmares or the constant flash backs, as if some one just presses play and the whole thing is running in my head, and how hard it is to just go out with family and friends, Not friends i have none, my lack of trust is why I have no friends. But I have no hope left and dont know where to turn for help.

Hi. Try getting some direction with a transition house in your town, sexual assault center, victim services. Google a form of therapy called EMDR. Its used for PTSD and some great results for most. Ive never found medications they recommended work. Buspar was one I looked up and worked pretty good. I hear you on the other stuff. I live in a similar way. Cant relate to people anymore. Only wish I could, when I cant. Getting worse now I cant even be touched by my GF without feeling like i wanna leap out of my skin.

I am a victim of extreme multiple sexual abuse. What stopped my suffering after 20 years of all therapies and meds and books is EFT. Please let me help you! The first session is always free via phone or skype and you will know it works in that first session. My email is This email address is being protected from spambots. It is my true passion to help others and I figure is why I did suffer so long because I can say I understand and mean it ;)
