Anxiety Dreams and PTSD

I have complex PTSD from child abuse. I am 55 years old and have recently started having severe anxiety dreams every night. It's exhausting me. It's been going on for 3 weeks. Anyone else every have these? Have you found a way to deal with them? I wake up in tears and have a huge feeling of sadness and dread. Sometimes they are violent. One night I literally fell out of bed. I have a feeling it's attached to the death of my brother. He was only a year younger than me. He died suddenly two years ago while playing golf.

I'm sorry for the loss of your brother. I don't have ptsd but I do have bad dreams with anxeity. I seem to have night terriers and wake up always like something bad happened and sometimes I cry so hard while I'm dreaming when I wake up I start crying myself. It's crazy. I haven't really found anything that helped but I do write down in my journal about the bad anxeity dreams I have. Also at night been trying to watch and think about something postive so the dreams won't be so bad. I also do some mediation video I listen at night to help as well. It's been a struggle to find something that helps but I know how you feel.
