When you are stressed, your body has a mind of its own. You really don't have control of it when you are in the stressed zone. Your mind races with thoughts you can't control, you feel drained, and your bladder can want to relieve itself without your permission. Try to stay calm, and be prepared. If you are having a bad day, and need to leave the house, have a survival box made up, for just incase. xox

I am not aware of any direct link between PTSD and bladder control, but I am aware that several medications used to treat PTSD can and will affect urinary and bowel habits. It can cause them to slow down, or, have quite the opposite effect.
