fluoxetine side effects

I have been on other prescribed drugs in the past but have not been on anything for a few years. My anxieties, ocd, and horrid fear came creeping back and so I just started taking Fluoxetine(Prozac) for the first time Monday.I take a 20 mg capsule in the morning and ever since my vision seems very bright and sharp and my urine is clear and smells sweet when it usually is yellow and smells like, well pee.I thought it was just my mind playing tricks on me but my fiance said my eyes looked different.Usually my pupils look big so it makes my brown eyes look dark brown or black but now my pupils are tiny and my eyes look hazel and light. Also I smelled a weird smell and it got stronger when I got closer to my fiance today. It smelled metallic. It turns out it was the smell of blood from when he nicked himself shaving.I feel fine otherwise.I read a lot about the drug and it can take anywhere from a 1-2 weeks or longer before it takes effect. So besides my sense of smell and sight being more keen and my urine smelling fruity I have no other side effects. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this...

I have noticed that since I am not so focused on my anxiety issues, because of being on the fluoxetine; that I see better and I do notice smells that no one else does. I know I have a little more anxiety the on weeks 1-2 when I started taking the fluoxetine, but I think it took me until weeks 4-5 to really start working on my anxiety, depression, ocd, and fearful thoughts. The only other side effects that I have had so far are a dry mouth, and I am always hungry. I can eat and two hours later I am hungry again. I don't need to gain anymore weight. I have already gained enough from just sitting around doing nothing for so long.
