How to deal with depressing days.

What things can you do to cheer yourself up when you are not exactly depressed but are. I've found that recently i've been losing interest in things that i loved doing before and nothing can make me happy easily. Like i said. i'm not exactly depressed but i'm worried that i'm getting there. if you have any idea's that can help me... please tell me. Because i don't know what to do. Thank you.
