That's generic Wellbutrin, right (I get so confused with the technical names!). If so, yes, I'm on it. I've been on it for years, and it really helped with OCD symptoms for me. Are you considering giving it a try?

Generic Wellbutrin is bupropion actually. I'm on 15 mg BuSpar (buspirone) 2-3x/day. It is pretty mild. Some people it helps a lot, some not at all. I know a few folks allergic to it, oddly. I use it as a supplement to valium and ativan.

I take buspirone 2x a day, only 5mg each. Much milder side effects than when I tried SSRIs. I think it helps keep the panic attacks at bay. I still have anxiety, but no "full" panic attacks, so that is improvement. A good thing! Above 5mg, I felt dizzy, so back down to 5mg 2x per day.
