I've two teenagers as well, and a school teacher. It's important to be upfront and honest with the kids. Tell them what you feel and why do you feel it, and explain to them how they can help. Even though it feels like a little bit of a role reversal, your kids can be an excellent source of support for you. They may even be going through similar things themselves
