Best way to deal with anxiety physical symptoms which is result of overthinking?

Physical symptoms like always shaking the legs,unable to concentrate or remember while studying,forcing eventually leads to sleep and occasional numbness of limbs,is the best way to deal with is through relaxation and resolving thoughts,i have been doing yoga and it has been a great help. But what is the best way to overcome it? I hoped the community here will have well researched info that is tried and tested with which they can guide me...
