Anyone know of alternative ways to help with anxiety?

Anything outside of seeing a therapist or taking antidepressants,which i already do.

Keep attention to your diet, choose your friends wisely, stay close to those who makes you happy. Follow your instinct and if you get bored, learn something new. I now try to learn programming, learning French or simply to make music...I still can't decide. And of course, have a little faith that things will get better in time, with pacience. One more thing, assume people are good when you meet someone new, and stay close to your values

Ground yourself, this doesn't work for me but I know it works for others. I am learning about it in therapy, it's called mindfulness. Pay attention to your senses basically.
