Deep breathing through your diaphragm at very slow pace.

You've got to find what works for you... breathing techniques are one way, meditation and visual imagery are another.

Not only does deep breathing help but doing it the right way is best.. My fav advice is to count while breathing.. Deep breath in 123 hold breath 123 out 12345... When your mind is focusing on counting it will not have time to focus on anxiety.. Here's another tip when you feel anxiety coming on walk or run a few laps around the yard... This helps release adrenalin... :)
